Shipping Rates & Estimates
All our orders are dispatched from our central fulfillment center. Once an order is placed, we immediately begin processing it. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed.

Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of package handoff to the courier.
Damages & Issues
Haven Sky is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials before filing.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international countries. International shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
