We want you to love your Haven Sky experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Happiness Guarantee

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, your item must be minimally used (at least 50% product remaining) and in its original packaging.

Easy Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the exact same item, please initiate our simple exchange process within 7 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Support: Email us at support@havensky.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Label: Look out for an email from our team with a prepaid shipping label (for domestic orders).
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the items in the original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.

Shipping Costs

Free return shipping is offered for damaged or incorrect items. For general returns/exchanges, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
